Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers give me gate access. You get a photo on WhatsApp when the pool is done.
What if my pool turns green?
Message me a photo. For weekly customers I come back free of charge until it is clear again.
Can I stop in winter?
Yes. Many customers switch to one visit every two weeks from December to March.
How do I pay?
Monthly by bank transfer or card. You get an invoice by email.
